This program is tailored to each patient based upon their evaluation. The therapist will provide passive stretching for the muscle which were found on the evaluation to be restricted secondary to tightness or spasm. Through this program individuals will be able to improve your flexibility, reduce stiffness and pain, and boost your overall strength.
